Salve. Chiedo il vostro aiuto per quanto riguarda il rinnovo del permesso di soggiorno. Studio Cybersecurity e ho appena finito il primo anno all'Università di Padova. Ho fatto domanda il 23 giugno presso l'ufficio e ho presentato la documentazione necessaria per il rinnovo del permesso di soggiorno. Tranne il documento bancario che dichiara che "ho abbastanza soldi". Ho pensato che non sarebbe stato non sarebbe stato necessario fino all'appuntamento con la questura, quindi non l'ho spedito all'ufficio postale, dato che i miei amici hanno spedito molti meno documenti e hanno ottenuto amici hanno inviato molti meno documenti e hanno ottenuto l'appuntamento senza problemi. L'impiegato dell'ufficio postale mi ha consegnato la ricevuta senza la data dell'incontro, informandomi che la data mi sarebbe stata inviata da che questa data mi sarebbe stata inviata per posta, dato che la questura è piena di appuntamenti. Ma è passato tanto tempo è passato e questa data non mi è stata confermata, mentre i miei colleghi che hanno fatto domanda dopo di me sono stati hanno fatto domanda dopo di me hanno ricevuto la conferma via SMS. Ho controllato sul portale immigrazione con le credenziali di ricezione e in allegato trovate la schermata. Sarei molto grato se potesse aiutarmi o suggerirmi come agire al più presto per favore, considerando che sono tornato nel mio paese d'origine (Albania) e tornerò a settembre, dopo la scadenza del mio permesso. Ho la ricevuta ma ho comunque paura di avere problemi alla frontiera.

Hello. I am asking for your help regarding the renewal of the permit. I study Cybersecurity and I just finished my first year on University of Padova. I applied on June 23 at the post office and submitted the relevant documentation for the renewal of permesso di sogiorno except the bank document which states that “I have enough money”. I thought it won't be necessary until the questura appointment so I didn't send it at the post office, since my friends sent way less documents and they got the appointment without any problem. The post office employee gave me the receipt without the date of the meeting, informing me that
this date would be sent to me by mail since the questura is full of ppointments. But so much time has passed and this date has not been confirmed to me, while my colleagues who applied after me have been confirmed by SMS. I checked on the portale immigrazione website with the receipt credentials and attached you will find the screenshot. I would be very grateful if you could help me or suggest how to act as soon as possible please, considering that I am back to my home country(Albania) and I will come back in September, after my permesso expires. I have the ricevuta but still I am affraid of a problem in the border. Thank you and waiting for your answer,

scriva alla Questura di riferimento (alla casella pec che trova sul sito della questura, relativa all'ufficio immigrazione), spiegando quanto accaduto, allegando anche la documentazione mancante e sollecitando la fissazione dell'appuntamento.
